We are looking for a Senior Project Management Office (PMO) expert to help us make a big impact on the world by joining our inspiring and devoted Global Sustainability team

Reporting to the Programme Director for Sustainability, you will be responsible for optimising internal effectiveness and driving execution in support of NTT’s key sustainability goals and objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include building the Sustainability PMO practice and standards, overseeing a portfolio of projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, as well as ensuring adherence to and upholding standards throughout each phase of the project, from origination through to execution and launch.**Working at NTT**
**Your key role and responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across all NTT Regions and Service Divisions, in order to define, prioritize, and develop projects within the overall Sustainability program/portfolio
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning resources to various deliverables and thereafter actively monitoring project tasks and deliverables
- Creatively and efficiently solving problems as they arise in order to avoid delays and/or increased costs during project execution
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards and values
- Drafting new and/or improving existing project management office policies, processes and templates
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Reporting on project progress and managing risk across the program portfolio

**Preferred Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- PMP, Scrum and/or other PMO Certifications or equivalent
**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience managing Sustainability programs in technology or global enterprise companies would be considered a big advantage
- Demonstrated PMO experience gained in similar environment would be considered a big advantage
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle
- Demonstrated competency in project change management
- Proven experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
