**Tanggung Jawab Utama**
- Memastikan tracking, monitoring, dan follow-up atas semua aspek proyek, termasuk issues, risks, dependencies, dan change requests.
- Membuat dan memelihara RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) serta memastikan tindak lanjut sampai resolusi.
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan status proyek secara berkala kepada Project Manager, Steering Committee, dan manajemen senior.
- Mendukung Project Manager dalam planning, scheduling, dan resource management pada proyek Data Lake.
- Mengkoordinasikan dan mengelola komunikasi lintas tim (IT, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, dan Business User).
- Membantu proses governance proyek, termasuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar manajemen proyek dan kebijakan perbankan.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan change management dan memastikan semua dokumentasi proyek selalu up-to-date.
- Mengidentifikasi potensi bottleneck atau deviasi proyek, serta melakukan mitigasi atau eskalasi tepat waktu.
- Menjadi penghubung antara tim teknis (Data/IT) dan manajemen bisnis untuk menyelaraskan ekspektasi dan prioritas.
- Mendukung Project Manager dalam memastikan deliverables proyek sesuai scope, timeline, dan budget.

**Pendidikan & Pengalaman**
- Minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 7 tahun di bidang Project Management / PMO, dengan exposure di banking/financial services.
- Pernah terlibat dalam proyek data lake, big data, atau data integration menjadi nilai tambah.

**Keahlian Teknis**:

- Memahami Project Management Framework (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid).
- Pengalaman dalam tracking project issue, risk, dependency, dan change request.
- Mampu menyusun RAID log (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) dan melakukan follow-up hingga closure.
- Familiar dengan tools project management seperti JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, atau sejenis
