**Responsibilities**:
Project Management & Execution:

- Lead and manage multiple operational projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and senior management, providing regular updates and escalating issues as necessary.

Governance & Compliance:

- Implement and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Ensure all projects comply with internal governance processes, risk management protocols, and quality standards.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Monitor project progress against KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide comprehensive project reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably within a large organization or in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Proofhub, Jira).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
