DESIGNATION : IT PMO Associate Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee project status and resource availabilities to ensure all projects can be managed and completed within timeline.
- Managed resource within it's team to ensure that all Project Managers are utilized and measured in an effective way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio
- Perform project team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
- Create and maintain staffing plans.
- Ensures the team is properly trained and staffed to handle the projected workload, both from an internal staffing and external staffing support.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding long-term contractors and/or additions to staff.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
- Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
- Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
- Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled

QUALIFICATIONS
- Six years of related experience highly preferable in payment Industry (Banks, Fintech or Financial Institutions).
- Experience in managing teams and direct subordinate
- Experience in managing IT Project Software Project is highly preferable.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferrable in IT
