About the Role

As a Senior Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the execution of CEO Mitra Bukalapak's initiatives. This role focuses on planning, coordination, and delivery—ensuring priorities are translated into clear plans, progress is tracked rigorously, and key initiatives are delivered on schedule. You will act as the central point of coordination across functions, maintaining execution discipline and visibility for leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional, CEO-level initiatives to ensure alignment, clarity of ownership, and on-time delivery.
  • Translate leadership priorities into structured project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Track progress against plans, manage risks and issues, and proactively drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, check-ins, and status updates with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Prepare concise and clear project updates, executive summaries, and decision materials for leadership forums.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting to provide visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams across teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
