Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, Finance, and Business Analysis domains. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive business value through effective project execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for high-complexity projects, ensuring delivery on scope, time, cost, and quality
  • Drive business transformation, IT implementation, and process optimization initiatives
  • Conduct project and business analysis, including ROI, IRR, business value assessment, value creation, and comparison analysis
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, finance, and technical teams
  • Monitor project budgets, cost control, revenue impact, and return on investment
  • Identify risks and issues early, proactively proposing and executing mitigation plans
  • Prepare high-quality project documentation, reports, and executive-level presentations
  • Present project updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders

Education Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional and high-impact projects
  • Strong background in IT Applications, IT Infrastructure, Finance, and Business Analysis
  • Experience in business transformation, IT projects, or process optimization initiatives
  • Active proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of project analysis related to ROI, IRR, business value, and financial comparison analysis
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, MS Office, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues proactively
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Basic to advanced understanding of finance (budgeting, cost control, revenue) is a strong advantage
  • Highly skilled in designing impactful presentation slides and delivering presentations confidently

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Finance-related certifications are an added value
