**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, organizational charts, and employee records.

**2. Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Support initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances in line with company policies and labor law.

**3. HR Administration & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS (social security), and tax requirements.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave tracking).

**4. Payroll & Benefits Administration**
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, and company perks.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.

**5. Performance & Training**
- Support implementation of performance management systems (appraisal cycles, KPI tracking).
- Coordinate employee training, workshops, and development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

**6. HR Projects & Process Improvement**
- Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, HR system implementation, and organizational development initiatives.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 2 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Jakarta (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
