- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan baru maupun pelanggan lama.
- Mengelola data base
- Memahami dan menganalisa kebutuhan pelanggan & mengkomunikasikan semua penawaran secara efektif kepada customer.
- Mendukung kegiatan penjualan dengan menghadiri pameran dagang, konferensi dan acara pemasaran lainnya.

- Berpenampilan menarik dan rapi
- Pemahaman yang baik tentang detail produk HVAC dan spesifikasi teknis
- Komunikasi yang baik, keterampilan presentasi & sikap percaya diri
- Menguasai Aplikasi Office
- Kemampuan Negosiasi
- Kemampuan administrasi penjualan
- Mampu bekerja sesuai target yang ditentukan
- Memiliki SIM A / C
