We’re looking for someone to join our Reservations Team to help manage bookings and guest messages on platforms

What You’ll Do:

- Reply to guest messages on OTA platforms
- Manage bookings, changes, and special requests
- Share clear info about the villa and check-in/out process
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and operations team
- Keep booking calendars and systems updated
- Maximize Occupancy from direct booking and OTAs channel

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in hospitality or reservations
- Experience using channel manager
- Good English (spoken & written)
- Fast, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Flexible to help during evenings or weekends (a plus)
