We're Hiring: E-Commerce Manager

Summary

Planet Surf is one of Indonesia's leading retail brands with 60+ stores nationwide. We're now scaling our website into a major sales channel and looking for a hands-on, commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of online growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage daily website operations: product uploads, banners, collections, and campaigns.


• Optimise conversion journey: bundles, upsells, vouchers, checkout flow, loyalty mechanics.


• Execute on-page SEO best practices.


• Coordinate with IT for Shopify UX/UI fixes and performance.


• Work with Marketing on campaign direction and landing page optimisation.


• Develop SOPs for orders, returns, and refunds.


• Track and improve key metrics: sales, conversion rate, retention, repeat purchase.


• Scout and onboard new partner brands.


• Report performance and propose growth plans.

• Monthly website revenue


• Conversion rate improvement


• Retention & repeat purchase


• Partner brands onboarded

Requirements


• 3–5 years in e-commerce, ideally retail/fashion.


• Strong Shopify and analytics experience.


• Understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys.


• Able to coordinate across Marketing, Ops, and IT.


• Commercial and negotiation skills.


• Independent, proactive, and growth-minded.
