The
CRM Manager
is responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies to strengthen engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all Atambah channels. This role focuses on understanding customer behavior, designing personalized communication journeys, and leveraging data to enhance customer experience. Working closely with the e-commerce, marketing, and operations teams, the CRM Manager ensures that every customer interaction reflects Atambah's premium brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's CRM roadmap to drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history to enable targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align CRM activities with business goals.
- Design and manage customer engagement journeys across email, SMS, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
- Develop retention and win-back strategies to reduce churn and increase repeat purchases.
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights and trends that inform marketing and business decisions.
- Manage CRM tools and coordinate with vendors or agencies for system integration and technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum
3 years
of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or F&B industries. - Proven track record in implementing and optimizing CRM or marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Excel or BI tools is a plus.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and retention marketing.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
