Ensure the settlement plan in the branches to match the target given by the company

Monitor collection movement in branches every day

Provide solutions to problem in the branches to meet the targets that have been given by the company

Evaluate, review, and create collection strategies in each branch (Weekly)

Control the achievement of collection per bucket, provision and make collection recovery in each branch to minimize losses (Quarterly)

Recruit, train and controlling/monitoring collection teams in branches
Maximum age 40 years

Bachelor degree in all majors

Have experience as a Collection Manager at least 3 years or as Collection Supervisor at least 5 years in Financial Industry

Have good leadership and negotiation skills

Have good problem solving and problem mitigation skills

Have good communication skills and presentation skills

Have analytical thinking, detail, honest, and responsible

Mastering data processing tools such as MS. Office (Excel)

Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
