**Mandatory Criteria / Requirements**:

- 15 years’ experience in sales and in a wide range of FMCG functions with a recognized business.
- Business/ Marketing-related Bachelors’ Degree
- Specialist in areas of brand management, trade marketing and category management, mixed with high level of commercial business sense.
- Excellent Negotiation, Analytical & Administration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and build strong social relationship.
- Language: Fluency in the English Language

**Major Key Responsibilities**:

- To lead the implementation of strategic growth projects by driving rapid expansion and maximizing long-term profitability of our portfolio, with clarity on Category, Customer and Sales Channel Development opportunities in the given Region.
- Portfolio Development - To define regional category opportunities by identifying areas to strengthen our portfolio mix to unlock future growth and business profitability.
- Growth for focused products in our categories
- Seeding targets for NPDs/strategic SKUs
- Customer Development - To lead white space expansion by identifying, assessing, recruiting and onboarding strategic partners that will deliver the incremental growth across the region
- Distributor recruitment Targets (amount, value etc)
- Channel Development - To strengthen regional DNA by driving business initiatives that addresses specific shopper needs in each channel
- New channel development
- New coverage mapping and Sales Route Optimization
- Ideation and leading initiative execution (Channel value growth, category depth)
