JOB DESCRIPTION / TANGGUNG JAWAB:

  • Membuat dan mengembangkan strategi penjualan untuk memaksimalkan penjualan tim
  • Merencanakan, monitoring & memastikan pencapaian target penjualan
  • Mengembangkan dan membina tim sales & promosi agar lebih efektif dan produktif
  • Menjalin hubungan baik dan membantu proses negosiasi dengan customer
  • Memberikan solusi atas tantangan penjualan dan mendorong kinerja tim secara berkelanjutan
  • Menganalisis pasar dan menyusun sales forecast untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan
  • Menyediakan Laporan penjualan yang akurat dan komprehensif bagi manajemen
