**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive company culture.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have trainee or internship experience as a human resource
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing and committed to have a 6 months internship program.
- Willing for placement in Denpasar, Bali
