We are recruiting for a **Customer Relations Executive** to join Stretchline Holdings Ltd, the world's largest supplier of narrow elasticated fabrics, covered yarns, dyed yarns and têxtile innovations.

The purpose of this role is to assist management in monitoring sales activities and gathering valuable insights into customer behaviour, fostering closer communication between our business and our customers. The role is also dedicated to ensuring the professional management approach of all customers, delivering exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain all communications related to sales enquiries** with customers and fulfil their needs with the aim of achieving their annual budget.
- Build strong, lasting relationships/partnerships with local manufacturers and brand vendors.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and strategies.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to minimize all inventory.
- Any ad hoc projects as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A degree or professional qualification in Sales and Marketing. **Textile or Garment experiences is preferred.**:

- At least 1 years post-qualification work experience in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable using CRM software to manage pipelines.
- Values driven with high integrity.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
