- **Event Management**: Handle events from start to finish, including registration, guest list management, organizing, hosting, and overseeing general affairs.
- **Partnership Development**: Co-develop and implement partnership strategies with sponsors targeting the middle-up/expat market.
- **Copywriting and editorial**: Create, edit, and manage high-quality lifestyle and media content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, SEO best practices, and timely publication.
- **Social Media Growth & Engagement**: Manage and grow social media accounts for ExpatNations and ExpatNations leaders on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- **Content Strategy & Production**: Co-formulate content strategy based on viral trends, design and co-produce content, and create engaging captions for publication. Shoot and edit video contents / reels on Capcut
- **Admin**: Safely transport team members to various destinations using company car. Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and regular maintenance.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- **Event Hosting**: Confidence and interest in hosting events and developing professional, trust-based relationships with expat members and branding sponsors & partners.
- **Business development & partnership**:Experience and interest in building partnerships with sponsors and venues
- **Copywriting Skills**: Proven experience in crafting persuasive and engaging copy for lifestyle or media content that appeals to a global audience, ideally with examples of prior work targeting multicultural audiences.
- **Editorial Experience**: Demonstrated expertise in editorial roles, such as managing content reviews, enforcing style guidelines, and maintaining content quality for digital media platforms.
- **Creativity & Social Media**: Creative mindset with strong skills in growing social media platforms (Instagram Reels/Stories, TikTok videos).
- **Planning & Multi-tasking**: Competent in planning and multi-tasking to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- **Flexibility & mobility**: Ability to work in a hybrid setting (50% offline, 50% online) with flexible working hours, and ability to drive a car (optional)
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Capcut is preferred.
- **Driving Proficiency**: Valid driver's license with a proven ability to operate a car safely and responsibly, adhering to local traffic laws and regulations.
