**Job Description Summary**

Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of property operations, including lease administration, financial performance, vendor and contract management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and strategic alignment with ownership and client goals.

**About the Role**:

- Lead property management operations, including budgeting, reporting, lease administration, and vendor oversight.
- Monitor financial performance, including billing, collections, cash flow, and variance tracking, ensuring smooth recovery processes.
- Provide leadership and direction to property staff, supporting career development and performance management.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee construction projects, inspections, and compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company procedures.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably from Engineering or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with strong knowledge of building operations, finance and lease/contracts.
- Proactive and proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendors effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems; able to produce accurate reports and manage documentation.
