Hiring: Head of Property & Community Management

Jakarta | On-site | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced professional in Property Management & Land Lease Negotiation to join a leading national enterprise. This role will focus on ensuring the validity and renewal of ground leases, managing relationships with landlords, communities, and local authorities, and leading initiatives that strengthen the company's property portfolio and social impact.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure the timely renewal and validity of land leases across company assets.

  • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with landowners and government institutions.

  • Oversee community engagement and CSR programs to maintain a positive reputation and social license to operate.

  • Manage lease documentation, compliance, and risk mitigation.

  • Lead and develop a team to execute effective property and community management strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in property or community management; 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience handling land lease negotiations for industries such as property, gas stations, or hospitality.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Strong understanding of land lease regulations and community relations.
