Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Jakarta. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimized tenant satisfaction, building maintenance, and compliance. Responsibilities include tenant relationship management, coordination with service providers and vendors, budget planning and financial reporting, as well as managing the performance of on-site teams. In addition, the role requires implementing property-related strategies and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, and Vendor Oversight
  • Skills in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Cost Management
  • Proficiency in Tenant Relationship Management and Conflict Resolution
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance Standards, Health, and Safety Compliance
  • Ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
  • Experience in luxury property management or real estate development is a plus
