**PT In Fashion**has Full Time opportunity for a smart, organized and strong **HR & GA Supervisor** to lead the company’s HR team. PT In Fashion is a highly successful manufacturer producing fashion goods for an American customer. **Role and Responsibilities**:

- Lead and handle HR & GA department in day to day operational and align with all the company's business strategies.
- Listen & respond to employees
- Manage the teams to run a daily HR task according to plans
- Responsible for handling recruitment.
- Develop & improve policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to assessment, and employee development to suit the organization's needs.
- Proactively update implementation policies that align with changes in employment laws.
- Build the company’s current HR team and systems to match the growing pace of the company.

**Main Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as HR & GA Supervisor (Manufacture/Garment Factory)
- Experience in Human Resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, payroll detail and Tax, and BPJS
- Familiar with laws and regulations (e.g. UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No. 01 Tahun 2017, Omnibus Law, and other relevant laws).
- Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation
- Positive and open Learning Attitude
- Pro-active and flexible mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Creative Problem-solving skills
- Multitasking skills
- High-level attention to details
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent English skill (written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia
- **Applicants must be willing to work in Badung - Bali**.
- **Applicants must be domiciled in Bali.**

- Badung: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
