**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized **Junior Construction Supervisor** to oversee up to 4 construction projects simultaneously. This position is ideal for young professionals seeking growth in the construction industry and willing to work in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day activities on-site for up to 4 active construction projects.
- Ensure work is executed according to technical drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports **in English**.
- Maintain high standards of work quality and enforce safety protocols on site.
- Monitor material deliveries and inventory on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction projects (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- **Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.**:

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A or C) is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned to various project locations (within Bali or surrounding areas).
