We are a Singapore-based company, we are focusing on distributing a high value specialized lab-use reagent especially in the Cell Biology/Immunology field made in USA, China, and UK. Currently we are expanding our business portfolios within Indonesia market.

Due to the significant increase of enquiries and business opportunities in this Indonesia we also need to expand our team especially in our project development and technical team.

We have been successfully delivering our Research Use Only (RUO) products and services to several type of group client such as:

- Universities and Polytechnics that have life science/biomedical/biotechnology programmes.
- Government research institution or research centres for disease such as cancer, cardiovascular, eye and etc
- Private biotech and biopharma companies
- Hospitals that have clinical research programmes or clinical trials

**Job description**:

- To analyze current and future market opportunities in Indonesia and match with the company capabilities
- To plan, develop and lead project development in future business that are relevant to company interest and capabilities
- To support the internal stakeholders and collaborate with suppliers in developing a solution to solve customer’s inquiries or problems
- Producing weekly and monthly report with strong data analysis report capabilities.

**Background**:
A bachelor degree from reputable university and 5 years of experience in related field, medical devices, laboratory instrument, or pharma industry is preferred. Strong knowledge in:

- Molecular
- Cellular Biology
- Immunology

Familiar with:

- Sequencing (Sanger, NGS)
- PCR
- Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay - ELISA
- Electrophoresis
- Western Blot

**Experience and skills**:

- 5 years of similar roles especially in project development within Sequencing, PCR, ELISA, Electrophoresis & Western Blot technologies.
- Managing complex stock management of mix portfolios of products, biotechnology, medical devices, pharma industry, or laboratory instrument experience will be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Work well under pressure to meet deadline.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team member and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
- Proficient in English is a must.

COVID-19 considerations:
During the pandemic period we are implementing a combined working from home by default with limiting travelling only for urgent needs and working from office on as needed basis

**Experience**:

- Project Development: 3 years (preferred)
- Immunology: 3 years (preferred)
- Molecular and Cellular Biology: 3 years (preferred)
- Sequencing (NGS, Sanger): 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
