**About the Role**:
Manage any Mom&Kids Product & Project Development: involving in formulation & business management process.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed product specifications and requirements.
-Ensure that product designs and features align with customer needs and market trends.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize product development costs.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, monitoring progress to meet all milestones.
-Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address delays in the development process.
-Work closely with the finance & business strategy team to develop accurate sales projections.
-Analyze the cost of goods sold (COGS), marketing expenses, and all relevant costs to determine product profitability.
-Conduct rigorous and precise financial analysis to guarantee the accuracy of all calculations.
-Investigate and rectify any discrepancies in financial data or projections.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economic, pharmacy, chemistry or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
-Proven experience in project management and product development within a related industry.
-Strong understanding of product development processes, including product specifications, design, and market research.
-Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain vendor relationships.
-Financial acumen with the ability to perform cost analysis and work closely with the finance team.
-Highly analytical with attention to detail in financial calculations and data analysis.
-Strong problem-solving skills to address roadblocks and delays effectively.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
-Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics related to the products (esp. beauty/mom & kids products) in the development area is a plus.
