**Project Development Asistant**:

- Conduct feasibility studies on a new project or strategic decisions by simulating several alternatives and adjusting them to the applicable market conditions.
- Create a project’s initial budget by combining the budgets and Cash Flow or orther departements and adjusting it for initial feasibility.
- Monitor Cash flow realization and review the budget on reguler basis
- Monitor ongoing project development and operational activities and propose necessary actions to anticipate problems or resolve problems that occur.

**Spesification**:

- Fresh graduate and all majors are welcome
- Having AutoCAD skill may be prioritized
- Fast-learner at understanding new business processes
- Good at working with and analyzing data (particularly with microsoft excel)
- have an understanding in financial reports
- A goal-oriented individual who can work with mínimal supervision
- Have excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
