We're looking for an IT Support who is excited to help design, develop, and polish our Kredivo apps to be the next generation fintech apps. Our IT Support will make an impact in:
Provide day to to day on site and remote end user support to the employees for hardware and

software matters (Windows)

Manages on site IT inventory

Monitors and troubleshoots local network, printers, DVR, CCTV and meeting room equipment

**Useful skills and experience we require for this position**:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

0 - 3 years experience in IT operations, on site support or remote in a larger organization. Fresh

Graduates of information technology related backgrounds are welcome to apply

Willingness to work on shifts (early or late hours and public holidays)

Good communication skills and customer service mindset, limited knowledge of English is required
