**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The International Freight Forwarding Sea Import Operator organized the transportation of goods from one point to the next as part of the provision of services, in compliance with procedures guaranteeing the quality of the service.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Receive, record, and validate customer order in system
- Define the execution plan versus the operational constraint
- Check the availability of cargo and provide confirmation that shipping can proceed and input up to date information regarding the shipment in the system
- Sends notice of arrival to consignee and origin office based on incoterm
- Work with customs broker to provide customer service, and trucking to arrange delivery
- Manage communication with customers for documentation and validate that all documentation is complete and compliant based on the requirements and upload in the system
- Produce and dispatch external invoices and documents

**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**
- Bachelor’s degree from recognized university or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 (one) years of experience in transport, logistics, freight forwarding company in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural multi-national company environment
- Supply chain, logistics, international freight forwarding, customs clearance business process understanding
