Supervise and monitor all activities of the Import Department. - Selecting new forwarders based on the New Forwarder Selection Procedure. - Evaluate the existing Forwarders, based on the Forwarder Evaluation Procedure. - Processing shipments, calculating and analyzing import needs. - Follow-up shipping schedule to Forwarder. - Follow up and check import documents related to shipping such as: Draft BL/AWB, Form SKA. - Process goods insurance to the insurance company (for shipping by sea) and check the correctness of the data. - Prepare complete documents for the Custom Clearance process. - Check the Draft PIB received from the Forwarder. - Follow-up of the Customs response to the Forwarder, after receiving the Response Letter of Notification of Release of Goods (SPPB), and coordinate with the Forwarder to schedule delivery of goods to the warehouse. - GRPO for PO Overseas / Goods for direct shipment to customers. - Check invoices from Forwarders and Express Couriers. - Make a SAP PO through the SAP system to the Forwarder/Express Courier. - Implement annual Cost Reduction activities through optimization. - Ensure all import and export documents compliance to government regulations and requirements. - Make an Evaluation report on the Achievement of Quality Goals to be reported to Management. - Minimum Education S1. - Have minimum 3 years experience in the same field. - Proficient in MS Office and SAP. - Understand import procedures, customs regulation processes and freight forwarders. - Have English language skills, both written and oral. - Good leadership and people management skills. - Strong problem solving with good judgment and sense of urgency. - Having good communication skills. - Have an integrity, discipline, responsible manner, creative, and critical thinking. - Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demand. - Have a good attitude. - Can join immediately.
