As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization and customer throughout the proposal process by preparing quotation, technical specification of the motor products. Reporting to Sales Manager - MOIM, you will be coordinating with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing / supporting preparation of technical / commercial offers based on customer specification requirements
- Providing technical support during technical meeting, product presentations
- Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates with sales organization
- Providing information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the sales organization

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree from Electrical Engineering or similar is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels including to customer, partner and internal level in the organization
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
