**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement SME risk management strategies and policies.

- Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee SME loan underwriting, approvals, and ongoing credit monitoring.
- Collaborate with SME business teams to balance growth and risk.
- Lead and develop the SME risk team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Optimize risk assessment using data analytics and technology tools.
- Ensures a strong and sustainable SME portfolio while adhering to regulatory and business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- ** 8+ years in SME credit risk management within banking or other financial institutions.**:

- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, OJK regulations, risk modeling, and data analytics.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Highly adaptable and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
