The Head of Risk Management is responsible for leading and developing the organization's comprehensive risk management program. This includes identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring all types of risks that could impact the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business administration or a related field.
Min. 3 years of experience as Risk Management Manager (Already experienced in the pawn shops industry is a must).
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Strong digital literacy and proven digital business analysis skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in risk management BSMR level 3 is an added advantage.
Proficiency in using Ms. Office.
Certification in risk management is a plus.
