We are in the training & development field, handling clients from different sectors. We are on the lookout for more consultants to join us.

The role requires you to:
- 1) Secure meetings with key stakeholders using different communication channels
2) Analyse the client's training needs
2) Determine suitable training programmes & methods
3) Communicate with client's on the interventions taken & it's impact
4) Facilitate Group Discussions
5) Develop Contextualised Learning Materials
6) Co-ordinate training events

If you write well, have an eye for detail, have a psychology or human resources background, is hardworking and driven, able to work independently, highly resourceful & sets high standards - you would be a great fit

You will report to the Lead Consultant.

Pre-requisites:
1) Your own phone & laptop (we use Microsoft Office as part of our work requirements)
2) Stable internet to communicate with global colleagues

This is a work-from-home opportunity as such you will need to ensure a proper home office set-up.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Rp3,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
