As a junior technical consultant, you will work together with Indonesian and Dutch senior consultants to:

- contribute to the HR development and training programs in the companies
- contribute in developing learning materials and assessment tools
- contribute to train the trainer programs in companies and schools
- compare curricula of middle and higher vocational schools with Dutch curricula
- assist in the business development and sales for the products and services of VAPRO

- Minimum graduated as a Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable to communicate in English both in speech and writing
- Has an interest in technological and educational matters, and possess a hands-on mentality
