Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Tax Consultant based in Jakarta. The Junior Tax Consultant will assist clients with tax planning, tax compliance, and tax preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on tax legislation, preparing reports, ensuring timely filing of tax returns, and supporting tax audit processes. The role involves collaboration with senior consultants and clients to deliver accurate and strategic tax solutions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of tax planning and tax compliance strategies to support diverse client needs.
  • Experience with tax preparation and the timely and accurate filing of tax documents.
  • Familiarity with tax audits and the ability to support and manage audit processes effectively.
  • Understanding of tax law and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Work experience in tax consulting or accounting (preferred but not required).
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
