**Training Need Analysis (TNA)**
- Facilitating, identifying, and conducting analysis of employee competency development needs in consultation with managers.
- **Training Implementation**
- Designing technical training and enablement modules, programs and delivering them regularly to staff-level employees.
- Implementing and executing employee competency development activities in accordance with the planned schedule, annual budget, systems, and applicable procedures.
- Initiating induction programs for new employees in the company.
- **Training Execution and Effectiveness Evaluation**
- Facilitating and implementing evaluation activities of training execution and effectiveness in accordance with applicable systems, policies, and procedures.
- Providing timely and regular reports and analysis related to training outcomes.
- **Video In Demand (VOD) Creation**
- Creating VOD content on training topics that have been conducted during the current or previous periods.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from any major (having a background or basic knowledge related to IT technical roles is a value-added).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development.
- Technical: requirements:

- Intermediate knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Intermediate knowledge of Training Design and Delivery based on CBHRM (Competency-Based Human Resource Management).
- Basic knowledge of IT technical roles and skills.
- Proficiency in Business English.
