Role Description

Prepare, develop, and structure training materials related to Training Matrix and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the Oil & Gas industry; deliver training sessions, workshops, and in-house programs covering Training Matrix development, TNA, competency mapping, and gap analysis; explain the practical implementation of Training Matrix based on job positions, risk levels, and regulatory requirements; facilitate case studies and hands-on exercises aligned with real Oil & Gas operational scenarios; customize training content to meet client-specific needs and applicable industry standards; ensure all training materials comply with IADC, IWCF, OPITO, ISO, SKK Migas, and other relevant regulations; evaluate participant understanding and provide competency development recommendations; coordinate with Neotek's internal team to ensure training objectives and client expectations are met; and continuously update training materials in line with current regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in Oil & Gas operations, training, HSE, or competency management
  • Strong knowledge of
    Training Matrix systems and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Proven experience as a
    Trainer, Instructor, or Consultant
    (freelance experience is an advantage)
  • Familiar with Oil & Gas competency and training standards (IADC, IWCF, OPITO, ISO, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Able to deliver training
    independently
    and professionally
