**General Affairs Associate Manager**

**Responsibilities**
Responsible for overseeing and managing all General Affairs activities to ensure smooth office and facility operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient support for overall company functions. Key areas include:

- **Facility & Asset Management** - Maintain and optimize company facilities and assets
- **Office Administration & Services** - Ensure effective administrative processes and office services.
- **People & Vendor Management** - Manage internal teams and external vendor relationships.
- **Corporate Events & Activities** - Plan and coordinate company-wide events and initiatives.
- **Safety, Security & Health** - Oversee K3 implementation and ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of facility management, procurement, compliance, and K3 standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
