Job Summary:
We are looking for the Director of sales and marketing of the daily rental department of the property management company for SWOI Umalas townhouses complex of 42 units. Director of sales and marketing will be a key member of the team, responsible for marketing and the sales actions. This includes tracking cash flow, sales planning, analyzing the company's sales strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective sales and marketing actions. The Director of sales and marketing will oversee all sales operations, strategies, and performance metrics, ensuring the company's sales health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfillment of sales plan and creating the marketing strategy, working with OTA and local, international Agents and Agencies etc.
- Sales Leadership: Provide strategic sales leadership and guidance to the executive team and the owners.
- Sales Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales and marketing reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all sales regulations and standards, both locally and internationally.
- Audit and Tax: Manage audits, liaise with external auditors, and oversee tax planning and compliance.
- Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and optimize sales performance.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement;
- Effective work collaboration with the room division.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Marketing, Accounting, or related field;
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a property management company
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Salary expectations:
Basic salary: 20 mln + %, so totally expectations 20-30 mln IDR a month + BPJS

Probation period - around 2 months is 15 mln a month.
