**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to deeply understand hiring needs, develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling for interview session
- Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette
- Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites

**Requirements**:

- Final year student or Fresh Graduate from Psychology or Human Resources Management major
- Have internship experience in the recruitment area is strongly preferred
- A strong interest in building a career in the field of Talent Acquisition
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
