Thorough knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. - Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems preferred.
