- Pendidikan min. S1 Manajemen SDM / Hukum / Psikologi / Administrasi Bisnis.
- Pengalaman min. 5 tahun pengalaman Humah Capital, termasuk 2 tahun di Compensation Benefit atau Industrial Relations.
- Berpengalaman menangani payroll, struktur gaji, benefit, perjanjian kerja, dan isu hubungan industrial, termasuk penyelesaian perselisihan / PKB.
- Memiliki pemahaman mendalam terkait regulasi ketenagakerjaan, benchmarking kompensasi, validasi komponen upah / benefit, & analisis risiko biaya ketenagakerjaan.
- Komunikatif, teliti, objektif, dan mampu bekerja lintas fungsi.
