**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, open for any education background.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same position (as National Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager and responsible to increase Computer Gaming Accessories product sales turnover).
- Possess strong networking in Computer Gaming Accessories trading channel (retail stores/ outlet, reseller, distributors, or main dealers).
- Capable of speaking Mandarin will be very considered.
- Possess strong achievement-orientation, goals-oriented, leadership skills,s and teamwork building.
- Willing to travel all-around Indonesia to oversee all branches selling progress.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales and marketing for Computer Gaming Accessories products in Indonesia, including business team development, sales training and development, and selling product into retail stores/ outlet, reseller, distributors, or main dealers.
- Create effective sales strategy, open and develop new markets, monitor competitors’ activities, and learn about the differences of every coverage area all over Indonesia to optimize the achievement of the sales targets.
- Performs presentations, negotiations, system integrations, product demonstrations, consulting, and solutions to customers.
- Identify new potential customers, explore new business opportunities and develop new markets. Build good communication and partnerships with all customers (retail stores/ outlet), maintain good relationships with existing resellers, retailers, and master dealers in order to increase sales achievement.
- Co-operate with the marketing department to create and develop marketing programs/ campaigns to increase brand awareness in order to achieve more product attention in public.
