**Role Description**

As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the beauty category to drive consumer-led growth, guided by marketing plans and execution aligned with consumer preferences to boost sales within the category.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms
- Monitor daily inventory and manage inventory forecast
- Prepare creative brief materials for all marketplaces including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media content or/and marketing materials
- Maintaining relationships with RM to evaluate the store’s current performance, plan for future strategies, inform any updated regulations, and be the intermediary between the marketplace and the company
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for evaluating the store’s performance, quarterly marketing plans or/and other marketplace reports needed to Digital Marketing Manager

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, advertising, or related majors.
- Min 1-2 years experience in handling E-Commerce
- Knowledge of the Retail and e-commerce industry
- Having deep knowledge in TikTok shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia Marketing Campaign
- Strong analytical skill, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Enjoy working in dynamic environments and the ability to maintain relationships across teams and externals
- Meticulous and time-focused in completing the task at hand and accurately
