The Company has over 600 employees located in its headquarters in Vientiane and branches in all the major cities in Laos. We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer responsible for configuring and maintaining the company network, servers and other related systems. Experience in different Operating systems such as Windows. Linux and MacOS is a plus. Working with IP PBX systems such as 3CX and Yeastier is an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of networks and systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams.
- Installation/Configuration/managing of Windows and Linux servers.
- Maintenance of Virtualization products (E.g.: VMware ESXI)
- Oversee Cloud Infrastructure
- Maintenance of IP PBX systems.
- Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
- Liaising with vendors and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with developments.
- Problem/request Management (Internal/External) Clients.
- Analytical with good troubleshooting skills.
- Deliver IT support in several projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering.
- Relevant certification would be an added advantage (CCNA, CCNP, AWS, etc.).
- At least 3 years of Managing networks and servers.
- Experience with virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, and Python).
- Understanding of patching tools and security vulnerability scanning.
- Experience in databases (MySQL) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
