We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Embedded Software Engineer** to join our growing team. As part of our development team, you will be involved in designing, developing, and testing embedded systems that power our smart technology ecosystem. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to create innovative IoT solutions that deliver real-world impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain embedded firmware using C/C++
- Collaborate within an Agile environment using version control tools like Git.
- Integrate and troubleshoot hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, and JTAG.
- Interpret schematics and component datasheets to support hardware/software integration.
- Contribute to PCB and schematic design for prototyping, validation, and testing.
- Ensure robust and well-documented code and system behavior.
- Work with microcontrollers such as ESP32 and ESP8266 using frameworks like Arduino, PlatformIO, and Espressif IDF.
- Implement and support IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, TCP/IP, and WebSocket.
- Understand and manage memory optimization, OTA updates
- Reverse-engineer existing embedded systems and hardware where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring prototypes into production-ready solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid programming experience in C or C++.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and Git-based version control.
- Experience working with hardware-level protocols and embedded peripherals.
- Comfortable reading electronic schematics and component datasheets.
- Hands-on experience with embedded development tools and PCB prototyping.
- Knowledge of Zigbee microcontrollers and protocols is a plus.
- Ability to reverse-engineer hardware or firmware is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willing and able to work on-site in Bali.
