**Global Logistics Coordinator Position at Wellness by Solace** **Base Salary**: IDR 7,000,000 - 15,000,000 per month **Based in Bali (Relocation Required for Non-Residents)** **Wellness by Solace** is a **leading wellness brand in Indonesia**, specialising in **luxury wellness equipment and bespoke wellness solutions** for both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced **Global Logistics Coordinator** to **manage and optimise our logistics operations**, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to clients. **Who We're Looking For**: ✔ **Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with expertise in local and import-export operations.** ✔ **Ability to manage and coordinate shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules effectively.** ✔ **Experience liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and clients.** ✔ **Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.** ✔ **Fluent in English and Indonesian.** ✔ **Based in Bali or willing to relocate.** **Key Responsibilities**: ✔ **Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory management.** ✔ **Work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and clients to ensure timely delivery of products.** ✔ **Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.** ✔ **Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules.** ✔ **Resolve any logístical issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.** ✔ **Provide regular updates and reports on logistics performance to management.** ✔ **Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.** **What We Offer**: ✔ **BPJS, paid sick leave, and up to 12 days annual leave.** ✔ **Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.** ✔ **A collaborative and supportive work environment.** **"How do you ensure timely and efficient delivery of products in a logistics role?"** Applications that do not follow these steps will not be reviewed.
