Program Coordinator

**Role Purpose**

To coordinate and manage educational travel programs (university trips, study tours, excursions, study abroad, internships) ensuring all logistics, activities, and client needs are executed smoothly and professionally.

Program Handling:

- Coordinate all needs for university trips, study tours, excursions, study abroad, and internships in Bali
- Assist university partners with recommendations related to logistics and activities.
- Handle client general needs: visas (via third-party), insurance, and related requirements.

Activity Management:

- Ensure reservations, experiences, guides, and local visits are well-organized.
- Recommend and arrange logistics: accommodation, transportation, meals.

Budgeting:

- Prepare program budgets accurately.

Team Coordination
- Select and manage facilitators, helpers, guides for each program.

Program Execution:

- Monitor and ensure programs/events run smoothly with a high level of client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Male/Female

2. Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).

3. Preferably based in Bali.

4. Enjoys travel and fieldwork

5. Has experience in field operations, travel agencies, logistics, or similar roles.

6. Organized, neat, and structured in working style.

**Work Details**:
1. Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM

2. Off on Saturday & Sunday

**Benefits**:
1. Probation Salary: IDR 2.8 million

2. Contract Salary (1 year): IDR 3.2 million

3. Program completion bonus for each handled program

4. Additional facilitator/host bonus if leading/hosting programs

5. KPIM bonus6. Overtime pay

7. BPJS coverage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
