WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

We are looking for Digital Platform role that will be responsible to improve digital platform user experience, stability and performance by implementing group standard for human centric design, agile methodology and SDLC
- _ Engage in daily coordination with Business, IT, design and group working team for Digital Platform development and improvement projects_
- _ Identify and escalate potential setback within digital platform development and implementation and provide suggestions on how to mitigate the issues_
- _ Ensure customer centricity is prioritised in each functionality to be released, manage phasing and MVP to ensure optimum value to customers and users_
- _ Engage in digital platform design and UX researches with Customer Office and Group HCD_
- _ Monitor Digital Platforms usage performance, focusing on customer centricity while working with technical team to improve scalability and stability in order to meet business targets_
- _ Help Business Users Identify Business Cases, user stories and acceptance criteria and help coordinate with IT, design and help in creating problem statement from technical point view_
- _ Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor _in order to_ meet operational and/or other requirements_
