**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Netiquette Software. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication activities. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to drive online engagement.

**Job Scope**

1. **Social Media Management**
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms
- Create, schedule, and manage posts and content
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools

2. **Digital Marketing Campaigns**
- Manage and optimize online advertisements
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative and effective marketing materials
- Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness

3. **SEO and SEM**
- Conduct keyword research and analysis
- Optimize website content for search engines
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance

4. **Web Analytics and Reporting**
- Set up and maintain web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Produce regular reports on digital marketing performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth

5. **Content Creation and Management**
- Develop high-quality content for various digital platforms (blogs, social media, website)
- Work with the design team to create visual content (graphics, videos)
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's voice and strategy
- Maintain and update the company's website using content management systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
