About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital marketing strategy for Midea Electronics Indonesia, a leading consumer electronics brand. In this full-time position based in the heart of Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital campaigns to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement with customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, and email
  2. Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to optimise campaigns and content for maximum impact
  3. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the company's online efforts
  5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives and inform future strategies
  6. Assist with the management of the company's social media channels and online community engagement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
  2. Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and data analytics
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  4. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative digital marketing solutions
  5. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
  6. Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
